Fred Yuen is the Founder and Executive Director of BTSH, where he also serves as the HIPAA Compliance Officer and Quality Assurance Officer. Fred has been serving children with special needs across Hawaiʻi since 1998, dedicating his career to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
